Mcdonald's - Chambersburg

My only complaint was the cold fries. However, the service was friendly and quick.

I usually use the drive-thru, so this was my first visit inside this specific location. One of the staff members actively engaged with customers, checking in on them, delivering food, and making sure they had everything they needed. She approached my daughter and me to ask how we were doing and if we needed anything. I've never experienced this level of service at a McDonald's before. The employee, named Donna, was an absolute gem and truly deserves a round of applause! Great job, Donna, for being such an outstanding employee!

I ordered the Deluxe Crispy Chicken sandwich, and I must say the chicken itself was quite tasty. However, there are a few things that puzzled me. Why was there an overwhelming amount of lettuce and just one small tomato? I chose this sandwich because I believe it’s significantly better than the original McChicken. I just wish it had been assembled a bit better. It would have been great if someone had thought, "This tomato is tiny; let's add a larger one to create a better balance in the sandwich." That said, it’s still the best McDonald's option in the area.

Service was great. But if you're not use to farm land. The instant you get out of your car you smell a strong cow maneuver odor. You kind of lose your appetite

Our meals were prepared perfectly. Employees were very busy at the time too. Great job to the crew working today during the lunch rush.
