Perhaps Domino's should update their app to include a message stating that due to staffing shortages, customers may experience longer wait times. It's disheartening to see some customers being disrespectful without hesitation. This team is doing double the work and dealing with rudeness from a few patrons. It's a tough situation for these young workers under such conditions. Corporate, if you're reading this, please consider communicating with customers in a more friendly manner. Give this hardworking team a break or even a bonus. On a positive note, the pizza was excellent! Sincerely, a sympathetic pizza lover.
We had a film shoot that ran longer than expected, so we needed to order food for our cast and crew on the fly. Since it was a Monday, we didn’t realize the restaurant was about to close. The manager kindly took our order and explained that the delivery driver had already gone for the night, but he offered to personally deliver the food to us. He prepared our order, closed the restaurant, and brought the pizzas to us himself. That level of customer service goes above and beyond what one would typically expect. Thank you!
The pizza dough has a delicious garlic bread flavor! I really enjoy their pizzas, especially with the special deal of two pizzas with two toppings for just $5.99 each! It's a fantastic value, and the service is quick!
This review is for the Domino's on Lincoln Way East in Chambersburg, PA. I ordered an Extra Large Brooklyn-style pizza with extra cheese, slightly well done, but instead I received a Large regular crust pizza without extra cheese that was burnt to the point of being unrecognizable—I almost thought I had a manhole cover! The second pizza I ordered was a Philly cheesesteak pizza with no mushrooms, but they made it wrong and added mushrooms. It also ended up burnt. Overall, it was quite the enjoyable dining experience (not really). If you're in the mood for pizza, I recommend heading to Little Caesars up the street instead.
The food was burnt, and the cashier didn’t give me the correct change—she kept $3 for herself. The only other time I ordered from here was when they first opened, and I received an undercooked pizza. I will not be returning.
