I presented my Blue Light Card to receive a discount on my order. The staff member assisting us was friendly and helpful, but when he encountered an issue, he called over Sebastian. Unfortunately, Sebastian was not very polite. He questioned why we had added the special offer to our order, to which we explained that it was automatically included. Sebastian insisted on canceling our order and re-entering it to apply the discount, which only saved us £5, less than the savings from the automatic special offer. I felt that Sebastian lacked customer service skills in the way he spoke to us.

We decided to stop by this restaurant for a quick dinner option. We ordered a large margherita pizza and a large ham and pineapple pizza, which were both ready within 15 minutes. By the time we drove back to our campsite (10 minutes away), the pizzas were still perfectly fine. We also ordered a 1.25L Coke for £20, which we thought was a good deal.
Had pizzas from here tonight absolutely disgusting. Hardly any toppings but soggy from all the tomato sauce on it. We have had a few pizzas from here they are going from bad to worse. I will not buying from here again would advise others to do the same.
Myself and two friends decided to treat ourselves, thirty minutes after ordering I received a phone call from the delivery man, that could barely speak English and took forever to understand what he was asking of me, who hadn't yet even left the store with our food and told me to wait outside of my house so that he could see me. It was 9:30pm and cold. Once we received the food we found that one of the pizzas was wrong and so we called the store to complain, the speaker had broken English and it took five minutes to convey the issue so that he could understand. There was no apology for the inconvenience. It took 25 minutes for the delivery of the replacement pizza and we had to return the wrong one that was stone cold by then, that was probably headed for the bin. Complete mess.
