Burger King - Centreville

I been coming to this bk for years but this last few months have been horrible at this location. It pains me to complain because we all want to work hard and get paid. That being said it's becoming an issue for order accuracy and I don't want a refund or credit. Just do your job, store isn't busy when I get there so don't understand the poor service. Don't think ill be returning to this location. If you ask me they need new employees or manager's. But change is a must

I went to Centreville Burger King for a to-go meal, and I found a piece of plastic in my large onion rings. I 'm so upset that I found this at home, and they forgot one of my whopper 's in the meal set. I tried to call the facility; however, they didn 't take my phone call. Alongside my outrage against Burger King, the cashier forgot to include my receipt in the bag. -My dad

Great food and service. Really like this location, mainly because of the 2 floors but also because of the massive play area, even though I'm too big to play in it now : The only thing I would improve upon is the interior, it's just in need of an update.

It was a very enjoyable experience and I got my order correctly and the food was nice and hot when I got it. I mean come on let's not kid ourselves it's Burger King not a five-star dining establishment. However as long as I get the order right and the food is warm what more could we ask for right?
