Jorge's Kitchen - CENTRAL VALLEY

Jorge is incredibly friendly and always remembers us. He knows our drink preferences and makes sure they’re served cold. My husband organized a team lunch, and we asked Jorge for assistance; he handled everything perfectly. The Birria here is absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend visiting this place to enjoy some great food and the warm hospitality of the staff. Everything is delicious!

I have finally discovered my new favorite Mexican restaurant! My husband enjoyed it just as much! I just finished my meal and couldn't wait to hop on here and give them a five-star review. We ordered the loaded steak quesadilla, Tacos al Pastor, fish tacos, and birria tacos. Everything was DELICIOUS, but the standout was definitely the birria taco. Wow! The meat was incredibly tender, flavorful, and juicy, and the sauce complemented it perfectly with chunks of meat. I must mention the service as well—it was excellent! The staff was attentive, friendly, and professional. I can't wait to go back! I highly recommend this place!
