Din Tai Fung Dǐng Tài Fēng Suntec City

This restaurant serves the most authentic Chinese cuisine with consistently high quality food. I love it! Every dish is incredibly delicious. Make sure to visit right when they open to avoid a long wait.

The restaurant had a long line of diners waiting outside, eager to be seated. We quickly scanned the QR code for the e-queue and waited for almost 40 minutes before our table was ready. The Xiao Long Bao arrived first and was delicious, with the challenge of picking them up without bursting the skin. The Steamed Shrimp Pork Dumplings were also flavorful, with a unique texture from the prawns inside. The Stir-fried Dou Miao with Shredded Pork was cooked to perfection, with the shredded pork adding a nice touch. The Original Shanghainese Drunken Chicken was tender and flavorful, thanks to the Hua Tiao rice wine. However, the Fried Rice with Pork Chop and Eggs was a bit disappointing, as the pork chop tasted burnt. The Crispy Golden Prawn Pancake was over-fried and too oily. For dessert, we tried the Almond Pudding covered with Black Sesame Dressing and the Steamed Chinese Style Layered Cakes, both of which were delicious but served in small portions. Overall, the restaurant offers Taiwanese-style casual dining with great food at reasonable prices. Expect a wait of 30-50 minutes, as they only accept e-queue and do not take reservations. Cash and major credit cards are accepted.

Food is good but bland for Indian palate. Don’t forget to ask for extra chilli oil and ginger. (My call) egg fried rice is a must order dish.

Absolutely fantastic Chinese cuisine! There's a reason why you often see a long snake line queue in most of their outlets. The food is extremely delicious especially their dumplings! My favourite id their vinegar spicy salad, tastes way better than it looks! Can't go wrong with Din Tai Fung! Service is also top notch as well as the price

We ordered Yu Sheng and two of us were able to finish everything! We also ordered drunken chicken, sour and spicy soup, and red bean Xiao Long Bao.
