Cugini Singapore used to be located on Club Street but has now moved to a new spot in Joo Chiat with a lovely ambiance. They offer a variety of vegetarian options on their menu, some of which can be made vegan or alliums-free upon request. We tried and loved three vegan dishes and three vegetarian dishes, including the impressive Il Contadino Pizza (veganized), the Charcoal Grill mixed vegetables, Linguina Al Pesto Genovese, Burrata Pugliese, and the delectable Tiramisu and Tortino Al Cioccolato for dessert. The Burrata Pugliese and Home-Made Raviolo Al Tartufo were particularly impressive dishes that I will definitely come back for.
