Arby's - Centerville

They have removed the free drinks for seniors, which I'm not happy about. However, the food remains good, and the staff is very friendly.

The service was awful. There was no sauce, the food was cold, and I was missing a fry. To make matters worse, they made us park and we had to wait for 10 minutes. Seriously? I have to give them at least one star, but they really don't deserve it.

The food at Arby’s is decent—on par with other fast food chains. However, what really distinguishes fast food experiences is the customer service. I placed an order online and went to pick it up, only to find the lobby still closed due to COVID restrictions from two years ago. This forced me to go through the drive-thru, where the car in front of me ordered 40 sliders. It was frustrating, as my order was just sitting there getting cold with no way to access it. When I finally reached the window, the manager apologized, but didn’t offer anything to compensate for the long wait, like a free shake or something similar. To make matters worse, there was no Arby’s sauce included in my bag. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be returning to Arby’s anytime soon.

We got dinner at the drive thru on a Sunday. It was so quiet, we thought it may not be open. We got friendly service and very freshly-cooked food.

Great food, usually something is forgotten in my order, but that?s to be expected with fast food. The only negative thing I can say is the store hours are not correct. There are many days I come before closing and they?re closed.
