I don't like to compare eggs, but Chicken Treat's fried chicken was not as oily as theirs. Just wondering how do you do yours?

Was a busy Friday night with a maximum 3 staff on that I could see! We were not spoken to by any staff member for over 20 minutes while we waitied in line!
