I'm something from a neophyte when it comes to Indian food, so I met this place to lunch buffet to extend my knowledge. I was here for dinner.

I was not impressed with Taj Mahal Cuisine of India. The food was lacking in spice and flavor. It seemed like they were trying to appeal more to a wider audience, but bland food is not what you would expect from an Indian restaurant. The lunch buffet was not well-maintained, with several options needing to be restocked. The appearance of the building was also disappointing, as it appeared dirty and unwelcoming.

I was completely blown away by my lunch experience today. I sampled a variety of dishes from the lunch buffet, and each one was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and seasoned to perfection. The chicken was incredibly tender and delicious. The chai at the end was the perfect way to conclude the meal. While the buffet may not have had the largest variety of options, everything was well-executed and complemented each other well. I was very impressed with the thought and care that went into the meal and will definitely be returning soon.
