Pizza Hut - Cedar Rapids

Pizzas were made correctly, however the meat lovers was extremely greasy and the reaction was bathroom runs repeatedly. The second pizzas was veggies and that Pizza was tasteless, but how can a veggie pizza be tasteless? Pizza hut has fallen off with product over the last 2-3 years. Pizza Hut was the pizza place, not anymore for me..bye Pizza Hut and Hello Papa John's

We ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. one was wrong. called shop and they offered to make new pizza and deliver us credit. they were very customer service mentally and apologised for the chaos. that goes far into my book.

Place smells like s and the ingredients are old and dry. Gross

Absolute worst pizza hut every! All 3 pizzas were made incorrectly. When I called to inform them I was hung up on while explaining what was wrong. Called back spoke to manager who literally drilled me about the pizzas. Called my phone back 2 times. Once to ask for incorrect pizzas back(no problem we didn't want them obviously). Then his unprofessional staff argued how it was made. He calls back AGAIN saying there was supposed to be bacon on the pizza and that wasn't even on there! At this point I refused them to remake the pizza as I was afraid they were going to do something to them.

All of my food was hot when I got it, the quality of the food was great as well.
