Pepperjax Grill - Cedar Rapids

Used to be nice. Both workers working today were visibly high on something. Mumbling words and not being able to stand still without almost falling over. Threw food away. Didn’t look edible. Won’t be back again.

First time experience, went in to try it out. Didn’t have a clue what to do but the two workers there, Cailyn and Jeremiah, tremendously helped us out. Enjoyed the whole experience, overall top of the line food chain with two great employees!!!

My experience at Pepper Jack's was extremely disappointing. Upon arriving at the restaurant, we stood at the counter for 10 minutes without any of the employees acknowledging us. Despite there being no other customers around, the workers seemed more focused on menial tasks than on providing us with service. When we finally asked if they could take our order, they assured us they would be with us shortly. However, after waiting another 5 minutes with no assistance, we decided to leave and will not be returning. The lack of respect and disregard for customers shown by the employees was unacceptable. I highly recommend avoiding this place if you value your time and expect to be served promptly.

Had a problem once, but mgmt quickly made it right. there was food for me every other time excellent and customer service top animal. I could only wish more places!

Tried to look at the menu in line and the cook started bantering about what to order and just being noisy. I know it is supposed to be part of the atmosphere, but I would like time to decide since it was our first time there. Food was alright, but not going back anytime soon.
