We had to wait over 30 minutes in line by car just to place our order, and they were out of almost everything we wanted to order. This has been a recurring issue at this restaurant for the past 6 months. While I understand that these things happen, it would be helpful if they could post a sign at the drive through if they are out of certain items. The drive through is only one lane, so customers cannot move forward until the car in front of them has been served. Despite this, I hope that this review does not deter others from trying this restaurant, as this was just our experience over the past 6 months.
I don't usually recreate places, but I stopped for a quick lunch and ended with terrible food poisoning. this place never knows what they do.
The restaurant needs to improve their phone etiquette. I don't want a young person responding with, "No ok, I will do my best." I expect to be treated as a valued customer, not dismissed. They should take down my information when I call and work to find a solution, rather than hanging up before I can explain the full problem.
Awful! Nearly everything was empty and they refused to make anything fresh. The absolute worst experience ever at a Panda Express! The Panda Express by my home would not hesitate to make it fresh for me on the spot. Really poor management!!!
