Noodles Company - Cedar Rapids

I ordered the Mac and Cheese with a Parmesan chicken fillet added. The cheese was barely there and the chicken was soggy and tasted microwaved. It was not a good experience.

I recently visited this restaurant looking for a cozy meal before heading home. I decided to order the chicken noodle soup, opting for a small size. Unfortunately, the broth lacked flavor and was disappointing.

I ordered spagetti meatballs and mac cheese and I received rigatoni with sauce and meatballs and cut rigatoni with cheese on it. when I called the load to discuss, the answer was rude, followed by an rude manager. I will never go back!

The place was very good earlier, but has hit quite well below. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs. the noodles were cold. they grabbed the counter and asked them to put him in the microwave for a bit. Apparently, they don't have a microwave and they said they'd give it back. a little later they brought me the fresh job. noodles were even colder than before. I don't wear a thermometer, but they were literally cold. back to the switch and asked manager for a refund. had to wait for literally 7 minutes until they gave me a refund. I was very upset because I still had to go somewhere to eat. my son also has something with spaghetti noodles. he was cold, but he ate about half of it. cold noodles are obviously inconspicuous, but they are a SERIOUS health risk and a main cause for live food. I can't protect anyone who makes me sick!
