Mcdonald's - Cedar Rapids

This is one of the better McDonald's locations in the CR area. The staff is typically friendly, and the drive-up service is quick. The food is consistently good, hot, and fresh. I really appreciate that my orders are always accurate, especially since I order for my four kids. I've had issues at other McDonald's in CR where something is often missing—usually the dipping sauce—which tends to disappoint my kids.

They often don't fulfill your orders correctly, and when you call to address the issue, they rarely resolve it properly.

I have a strong dislike for Cedar Rapids. It's baffling that the staff assumed I wanted sausage on my bacon, egg, and cheese McMuffin. How can they not know how to use the customization options?

The food was lukewarm and not as good as it used to be. The last fish sandwich I had felt stale and seemed just reheated rather than fresh.

Stephanie, one of the managers, kindly covered the cost of two children's meals while I was babysitting because their mother's card wasn't working. I've never experienced such generosity directly before, and I'm truly impressed and thankful for her kindness.
