Przekaż informację zwrotnąI entered the restaurant as usual and placed our orders. I found out that the app only allows one coupon to be used every 10 minutes. My wife wanted one order, so I used her coupon first and then waited 10 minutes to order mine.
We used the drive-thru at this restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by the quick service. Our order was correct and there was minimal waiting time, which is unusual for drive-thrus nowadays. We will definitely be stopping by again in the future.
They sit in the window and they don't talk through the loudspeaker until they get their attention, they take forever when there is no other in the line, they get wrong.
The waiting time and the personal experience were really incredible. absolutely nothing has been said to us that we wait for more than 20 minutes in the loudspeaker box. no peep. but I guess we've been stuck there since 5 cars behind us? but no one in front? when we are finally in the position to reach the window, laura rejected the eye contact, ignored me when I asked her politely why the long waiting period? assumed it had to be something wrong. at least we finally have our eating right? nopethey gave me the wrong order just to surpass the experience! Honestly, listen only to the wait would have saved the review, but they can no longer get decent service it seems?
About an hour in the drive through. 45 minutes before order. That's ridiculous. if they do not have a personal or cannot operate a restaurant efficiently, they close the load.
