Friendly counterparts; great burgers, frits, chicken strips and cheese curds. Could have been cleaner, but they needed more staff. They saw her cautiously for a few minutes... someone let her know about an empty ketchup dispenser... Waitingly recognized that and took the plastic container that held individual packages that beside the donor to fill it. Then the customer tipped back rudely I spoke about the donor. The employee again recognized concern and went to the back to fill the plastic bowl. He brought it back immediately, filled himself to the edge. At that time another customer had come forward to make an order. A member of the individual's family who let him know that the donor was empty came back to the donor and in a huff and took a huge handful of packages. Like the employee didn't listen. Some minutes pass after the worker takes the order from the front, and several other customers who have been in the line, so he also takes their orders. Maybe 10 minutes and come past this point and not one of these minutes was was wasted by the employee. But lo and behold, I like it here in the dining area was that the family complains about how much this place suck because they 't fill their own ketchup dispenser as the customer asks. Once the Counter employee who fills the individual packages container was free I saw him coming back, the donor, take it back to fill and bring it out, took every 3 minutes. So he goes back to work to take a few more orders and do whatever behind the counter, and once a donor is filled, I guess he was right there, fill more small cups than they could ever use? That's exactly the family I'm calling the Grumps. So not only did they perhaps take 15 20 packages from ketchup that they probably never use and just threw in, they have complained a storm over the service. All I can see is amazing service fast order on the front, the contingencies as needed and recommended. It is regrettable that employees are sometimes held responsible for short-sighted management. And look at these reviews that 's kind of what I see, a pattern of not enough employees to take care of the place. I don't think it has something to do with people who are lazy, gay or unbearable. If I'm ever back in the area, I definitely want to go back.

Previously a very nice location. Now it feels like running down and dirty. The food was still good. The place has to be cleaned a lot. Used the toilet room and smells like urine. The overall experience was disappointing. Maybe it would have gone somewhere else if it wasn't the next option for the bet where we are.

The service was great. The food, not so much. Ordered a root beer float and onion rings. The root beer float tasted like carbonated water and ice cream. Ended up throwing it away. The onion rings were hot and fresh, but tasted very bland. Not sure if I just went on the wrong day but the food wasn’t very good today.

Very slow service. Ordered chli dog could tell was just microwaved to death and my drink was root beer and it was warm. Usually a and w have good food. Will not go back to this one.
