Oregano's - CAVE CREEK

The restaurant offers generous portions that are great for sharing, especially with their entrée selections. The atmosphere is enhanced by Italian music and a variety of charming vintage decor to enjoy while waiting for your meal. Service can be a bit inconsistent, but it is a kid-friendly and straightforward dining experience. Overall, it provides excellent value and satisfying, hearty food.

The thin crust pizza wasn't cooked well. The crust should have been darker and crispier, but instead it was a soggy mess. The pepperoni and cheese lacked any quality flavor, and the first pizza that arrived was cold.

The pizza was overcooked and tasted terrible. This is the second time this has happened, and it seems to be only at the Cave Creek location. The Scottsdale location at Shea Blvd. is still the best Oregano's.

We were dining here last night and eating was good, but we might have left some glasses on the table. we called today and the man was very nice and said they have a lot of glasses that leave people accidentally and come and look. we went to the restaurant that went all the way from glendale, just to the dame that the manager in one meet and can not be disturbed. we can't look for the glasses and have to go and go all the way back to home. I guess the manager has all the glasses in his office and couldn't even pick up a finger to help us. we're not coming back here.

We will not be back to this Oregano's. Everytime they mess up our orders. We eat at other ones We don't have problems every single time. We ordered two of the wings. My husband gets there they made 1. He had to sit and wait until the other was made. My husband had been up since 4:30 am working out in the heat all day. We ask for blue cheese dipping sauce he asked for more of that assuming they messed that up too! The girl comes out oh my manager says to charge you for that! My husband said just forget it! Guess what he gets home he was right they gave us ranch not what we ask for! We got the cookie. We don't like it doughy so when ordering we asked for it will done because we don't like it doughy. What we received was doughy so we had to put it in the oven. This stuff happens Everytime we order food! It's not just one mistake it's always everything! When my husband got home he said let's stop going to that one. We love their food it's too bad they can't get employees to make things right! Especially with how expensive it is to go out to eat anymore! We will just go to the others!
