I visited this restaurant to catch up with a friend I hadn't seen in a while. It's located about seven to eight miles north of the 101, which can be a bit of a trek for some, especially if you're coming from anywhere other than the North Valley. Brisam's has a classic American bar and grill vibe with a very lively atmosphere. My server, Christie, was friendly and courteous. I ordered chicken wings—half hot and half blackened—along with fries. They were just okay; the blackened wings lacked flavor, making them taste almost bland. Would I make the drive out there again? Probably not, especially since I came from the west side. However, if you're local, it could be a nice spot to try.

This is a fantastic local bar and grill that offers excellent food and generous portions.
