Wendy's - Catawba Island

I order for delivery, and there were no Dashers immediately available. When the Dasher was able to show up, this store gave her a bag of COLD food that had been made over an hour previously. The Dasher insisted that they remake the food and the manager refused, even going so far as to say it was not their problem. So customes are no longer a thing that Wendy's values? Because I'm not going to waste my time or money at this **** poor excuse of a restaurant ever again. And, it was the wrong order!

Food is good.. prices a little high but what ain't now a day's... service was excellent ?

Wendy's as a corporation has let quality slip for a number of years. Having said that, I've always gotten fresh food at this location. They move you through the drive-thru quickly and they're almost always friendly.

Friendly staff, quick drive thru, 95% of the time they get my order perfect.

It's supposed to be fast food well it takes over 10 minutes to get a simple order of a single,Staff was standing around talking to one another and not filling
