Hooligans Irish Pub - Put in Bay

Great Irish pub with authentic Irish food, beer and spirits. I had the Patty Melt with Pork, Slav and Mac n Cheese and it had to be the best sandwich I had in a very long time! The staff is very friendly, personal and good to work. Food comes pretty fast, and prices are very reasonable.

Our server was very sensitive and friendly The food was delicious, the Irish nachos are essentially over loaded potato skins, but they are soooo good. Fish and chips are massive. The pulled pig grilled Mac n cheese sandwich was missing something to it over the top, but it was still ok. And the atmosphere is fantastic

We wanted to go to the boardwalk for lunch. When we walked from Hooligans, we saw that they had a lunch with chicken salad on a croissant with cinnamon pita chips and an fruit salad. So glad we decided to stop! The staff was amazingly friendly and, the food!! So delicious! Marie, the local cook, stopped seeing what we thought. She was so nice and thoughtful. She really needed the time to talk to us and appreciated our praise. If you have time, you should definitely go. It's worth it!

Really a great experience, we started with the Irish nachos, which are absolutely delicious, potatoes instead of tortilla chips and crushed beef. I went with the Guinness Hamburger, which I would highly recommend. All staff were very friendly. Will definitely go back when I'm back in Put in Bay.

Megan, the GM, is an absolute pleasure. My husband's burger was slightly overcooked, and she took care of it immediately. She was just absolutely the sweetest!!! The food was amazing!!!! The french onion soup was FIRE. The Ruben was F.I.R.E!!!!! SO SO GOOD. 10s 10s 10s across the board!! Service was a tad slow, however they are short staffed. So show some patience and love to your restaurant workers!!!!!
