We passed Castlebar and happened to come across Lana. It is situated on Linenhall Street which has loads of parking which you will have to pay for if you going for lunch. We went in and got a booth which was nice and clean. The menu has a great verity and everyone will find something that will take their fancy. I had a slow cooked beef curry with egg fried rice and my wife had the crispy chilli chicken with egg fried rice and my daughter had the chicken and chips. We all had drinks and shared a huge portion of Thai prawn crackers. Everything tasted fantastic and the portions were very generous. The staff were super friendly and helpful and made out stay a pleasure. The restaurant itself was clean and nicely decorated with comfortable seating and a pleasant atmosphere. I was amazed at the value because it came to €46.95 for three huge meals and drinks considering I paid nearly €30 for a McDonalds for three a few weeks ago. I definitely will go back and have no problem recommending this restaurant to anyone. Enjoy

Great value, lovely food and very happy and friendly staff. The portions were very generous even the kids meals. Welcoming and warm atmosphere in a really nicely decorated restaurant. We had to check the bill as we thought we were undercharged but no just great value.
