Gourmet Anna Stuben - CASTELROTTO

We enjoyed an excellent “surprise” tasting menu with 5 courses and the wine pairing. I wish we had chosen the 6 course! The Somm was very enthusiastic and served a selection of regional small production wines. We had a great evening learning from him about his selections and the new concept opening next year. Will certainly return on a future trip to Ortisei.

The best dining experience we’ve had in a very long time. This restaurant and chef certainly deserve more than one Michelin star as a previous reviewer stated. Every course was a sensation! The staff are fabulous. The atmosphere not at all stiff or precious, but warm, comfortable and inviting. Perfection!

Simply wonderful. The chef is an artist. The gnocchi was wonderful. The starters where so beautiful it was shame to eat them (but so tasty i wanted more)
