Cantina Cairoli - CASTELLARANO

We chose the cellar of cairoli for a business dinner in 16 people, we were set up in a hall on the second floor in the beautiful location of the castle of the fortress. As soon as they sat, they immediately brought us the appetizer, composed of a good fried polenta and gnocchi. first: tortelloni with bacon (very good and pink rice (strong dish of the local, recommended by the managers) to follow fried dumpling, tigelle, meat and a wonderful grilled meat. note the flavored ribs and cooked at low temperature, as well as the cut with a perfect cooking. also excellent roasted potatoes. fast service, without waiting and staff always available. with red wine, sweets, bitters and coffee we spent 35€ per head, so I can only strongly recommend a dinner or lunch at the cairoli wine cellar. thanks also to executives and staff for the evening.
