Martucci - CASERTA

I love this place the sweets are good, people are nice.The only thing I would say bad is that I tried to get on the wifi and fail. I would love to make this a shot where I can have some coffee and sweets and do work but as of right now it didnt work. maybe next time.

We took a break before our Palace tour at Matrucci cafe, and it was perfect. Great cafe: coffee is awesome, lots of pastries. Very comfortable tables and seats inside and outside. Service is fast and good.

The best cornetti in the world, better then in Napoli.

Don't mind the surly and dismissive wait staff. The paninis are actually great at this fast casual place. Very cheap eats too.

Tried this place as it was recommended in one of the travel guides. It was a nice choice. They have a great selection of snack and pizzas all of which are tasty. Very reasonably priced. Try the pastries you will struggle to choose from the huge variety on display. Best to pick a selection and share : Do not miss their Sfogliatella and the Arancini is delicious. They also serve a focaccia selection as a small platter. Worth the walk to this place if you are visiting the palace. A short trek from the rail station. They are very patient with children and even gave my daughter a complimentary selection of pastries and we all got some desserts on the house too.
