Pizzeria Faulisi - Cary

Tried this place for the first time tonight.. and I have to say, being a complete New York pizza snob, everything was fantastic! Had margherita and funghi pizzas that were delicious! Also had an asparagus appetizer and cannoli for dessert. Everything was so very good and the prices were appropriate. Highly recommend this place for wood fired pizza!

First time and it certainly won't be our last. We went basic and just ordered a margarita pizza. It was FANTASTIC. Very tasty and not heavy at all. Reminded me very much of some of the better NYC pizzas from a wood burning oven. Service was polite, prompt and very good overall. Wait time for food was maybe 10 minutes. Tiramisu for dessert was also excellent, fairly large offering presented well in a small bowl. Certainly enough for two, in my opinion. So how much did we like the pizza? We ordered two more margarita pizzas to go. Needless to say, we highly recommend Pizzeria Faulisi.

Went to the Grand Opening and was impressed!! The pizza was excellent thin and excellent flavor. A little too much char on the crust but overall awesome. The beet appetizer is amazing! Love the interior and the staff was super warm and friendly. SO excited to have you guys in the neighborhood!!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of photographing at Pizzeria Faulisi for Cary Living Magazine! Amber was so sweet! I got a first hand look at how they make their margharita pizza! So cool. The restaurant is so beautiful and very clean! I got some great shots for the May issue and she was even so kind as to let me take home the pizza to eat myself. Yummy! I ate it for dinner and it was delicious! Definitely recommend eating here everyone! Great atmosphere and fresh ingredients!

Delicious pizza, great atmosphere, awesome desserts! Seriously, I could go on and on about this place. It's great and I can't wait to come here even more.
