Burgerfi - Cary

My first time here and the food was pretty good!!! Robert, who took my order was very helpful. He recommended that I try the single patty combo, I also add the parm&herb fries and onion rings (they were big and sweet). Overall wonderful experience, enjoyed the food. Definitely will be back the next time I'm in town!!!

We placed a large pick up order for our office and the service was PHENOMENAL. Will definitely be looking into the catering services that were offered. So sad I didn’t grab his name but the gentleman helping us was so kind to check our order and write all of the names on individual sandwiches. Incredible service that you just don’t see anymore!

I've gotten far better burgers for a third of the price at three times the speed. The cashier was quite nice and friendly. That's the best thing that I could say about the place. It was a chewy burger. That is not a thing you want to say about a burger. I will never go to another BurgerFi again.

If you want a better quality burger than traditional fast food like McDonald’s or Burger King go to this place. Food is always made fresh to order, that’s why I eat here. Staff are friendly and accommodating! Vegetarian options: They have veg burger that’s good

Went for lunch with my family this afternoon. The burger was meh (thin/dry) and lacking the signature Burger Fi stamp on the bun, assuming they still do that. The fries were borderline burnt, and only one freestyle Coke machine was working , but it had no ice. Very underwhelming experience, we should have gone to Five Guys.
