Captain D's - Cartersville

The 5 stars is for 1 employee. If you don't go when she's there you don't get what you ordered. I forgot her name, starts with a T I think, she's tall. I come through once a week. Today she wasn't there, I ordered a chicken fish meal and received a 4 piece chicken. They were out of honey mustard so I was given tartar sauce, sweet sour vinegar. I would have ordered something else had I been made aware.

Had the huge fish sandwich... so big, so good... best sandwich I had for a long time... Service was pretty good for the ride thru

I cost the food. They'll rebuild. Wasn't busy at all. Several condiments were sold out.

Took my dad who is here from out of town to his favorite restaurant for his birthday. I had never been to the Cartersville captain ds before. The experience was not good. The servers were polite but the facility was not very clean. This should have warned us to what we saw as we finished our food. We saw a cockroach crawling across the dining room area and made us sick to our stomach. This ruined not only our meal but also my dads birthday. For the price we paid, it was not worth it. We told one of the servers about the cockroach and left.

Not happy with my visit. Looked like moldy substance in my cup from the soda machine. When I asked about it, the girl at the front counter just smiled at me and said that she would give me another cup. That would not have changed anything about what could be in the machine.
