Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

When Nicole is there you know your food will be right and fresh. Otherwise not so lucky. Usually never go in the afternoons or night as the rice is never done and when they run out of food even more than an hour before closing they won't make. They just tell everyone they're out of it

The service at this location is awful. The cashier today would take one order and fix it before taking the next order. It's not an issue of being short staff. I witnessed people in the back standing around chatting while there were 20 people in line. It was actually faster to place a mobile order. However, it still took almost 20 minutes to receive my biscuit and small Borounds. I doubt I'll be back.

They need to teach the heavy set Spanish lady working the window better people skills. No greeting or nothing and just hands the food out no thank you or anything letting you know that was even all of your order.

I went there for supper. Lady at window was rude. Didn't get a receipt of what I purchased. Got food home. No dirty rice. Sides put in wrong boxes. Chicken n mac dry. Mashed potatoes no flavor. Pic below is my receipt.

The food is way much higher than other bojangles around.
