Pont Abraham Services - Carmarthenshire

Stopped for the usual toilet break, and had a cuppa too. Place was clean and tidy and service was quick. Plenty of parking, but don't buy fuel here unless you're desperate, it's expensive.

The seats dirty and stained. The tables you have to clean yourself. Female cleaners just walk into the men's toilets without warning any of the men who use the urinals. This is unaccceptable and a breach of privacy. I will never visit it again.

Dated. Toilets are disgusting, don't look as if ever get cleaned. Taps moving not even properly fixed to basin. No soap in dispensers. Some dryers not working. Discusting.

We were served by a delightful young girl in the Costa Cafe Sunday evening ,8th July) and I have never met a friendlier and more helpful person. A credit to your company. The lady in the shop was also friendly and welcoming. Best Motorway Services experience ever. Petrol very expensive though.

V.I.P experience dining at Pont Abraham services- fresh clean private and pleasant dining experience , lovely large windows to watch the world go by as you sip your coffee, plenty of variety dishes on offer.
