Their Aussie pizza is the best I've ever had, and their other pizzas are great as well. It's worth noting that their Mexican pizza is spicier than usual, even though chili is common on a Mexican pizza. I appreciate their use of meatballs or beef on the meatlovers pizza instead of the traditional salami, ham, and bacon. The crust is slightly thicker than some other places, but not overly thick. I noticed on Eat Now that there is a place called Premium Slice Pizza, which I am pretty sure is also operated by Carlton Pizzeria. The menu is similar, and the delivery driver mentioned he was from Carlton Pizzeria. However, Premium Slice Pizza has a pizza that is not on the Carlton Pizzeria menu, which I really enjoy. It includes chorizo, salami, herbs, and more. Overall, Carlton Pizzeria is a great spot to enjoy delicious pizza and pasta dishes.
