Got a snack box the chicken must have been cooked yesterday and the chips were soggy I am not one to complain but this is the second time this has happened to me at this drive thru I know times are hard but come on it’s supposed to be fresh not hard and tough

Arrived with 40 kids. Rang ahead with food order. The kids were sitting and eating in minutes. Service was absolutely excellent. Very friendly staff.

Friendly staff and good service. One thing I have noticed on a number of occasions is the crazy large portion size on the chips with the lunch box, you literally have to cut through a mountain of chips to find the chicken. Sometimes less is more, it’s actually off putting. In the pic that was chips after I had eaten more than a standard portion.

First off the food was pretty good, freshly cooked and pretty quick service, staff member on till was friendly. Massive points deduction for the filthy state the place was in. Customers were cleaning tables themselves so they could sit down to eat. The floor was sticky and the whole general place needs a bad deep clean and refit of furniture where possible. In addition there were 3 staff members all on their lunch break, each sitting at different tables..somehow they managed to find the clean ones.. In their defence a management person who was watching a video at full volume on her phone (on her break) did shake the staff into action and the place was marginally cleaner when leaving compared to arrival.

Absolutely fantastic met the owner onsite who recommended the 7.5 ounce beef burger ,my friend ordered the chicken burger all ingredients were fresh the burgers and the service was second to none
