Yummys Chinese Takeaway - Carlisle

The eating is great, the staff at the front is helpful and friendly, the suppliers are top, but what we get the place down is the constant screaming at the staff, coming out of the kitchen. the cook is an absolute tool. we had many more outliers who were great, but after tonight we gather and hear how careless the cook is to personal. I think I'm staying with the delivery, probably gave 5 stars before they go in. eat better than most other Chinese food in the city.

Down here and I flew chicken curry with chips, so I order at the theke were crispy enough, which is good, the curry sauce had caught some cut carrot and enough tweak through them, with cut chicken breast. it was very delicious. I would recommend that. I'll try next time. W

I ordered three meals from this restaurant. When the meals were delivered, two of them were missing their main dishes. I called the restaurant and was told it would take two hours to get the missing items back to us. I asked for a refund instead, but was told they could only refund the missing items. So I would have gotten money back for my missing main dish and been left with a portion of plain rice for dinner. I ended up returning the entire order to the restaurant and getting a full refund. I will not be ordering from them again.

What has happened to Yummys? The chips were burnt, the portion sizes were tiny and filled with onions. There were only about 8 small pieces of salt and pepper chicken.

After a long day at work, I decided to treat myself to some salt and chilli chips, only to discover what appeared to be a toenail in them! Additionally, the chicken balls had a strong smell as if someone had coughed on them. I will not be returning to this restaurant again. It is important for people to be aware of the current serious illness going around and not cough on others' food.
