Stanwix Tandoori - Carlisle

Absolutely fantastic as always. I have friends tonight. we all had a brilliant time! fantastic eating and these young people worked out their socks to provide brilliant eating and service. filz also really sure. well done the Stanwix crew!

It's brilliant. it was recommended by some friends and it was not disappointed. the four of us enjoyed a set menu for 4 and enjoyed eating that we would never have chosen normally. there was more to eat than we could manage, starter, main and dessert followed by tee and coffee. many rice, dives and the net sat on heated plates. the staff was friendly and helpful. only below is the stairs to the restaurant.

Ordered the set meal for 2, plus some extra bits for the kids. Plenty of food for all 5 of us and it was delicious. To top it all off perfectly, we had the most delicious coconut ice-cream served in a coconut. Absolutely delicious and this was a take away.

Lovely food as always. Very well managed. Straight to your table when entering. Pleasant staff. Always accommodating, a pleasure to visit in these hard times.

Ordered a takeaway last week, went in to pick it up. The service was brilliant and food was terrific. I would have given 5 star but have to take one off due to parking and accessabilty of the premises. David
