Complete rubbish! Twice ordered food in the space of 2 weeks and on both occasions it took 2 hours for food to arrive. Pizzas stone cold and even forgot to add extra for chips after paying the delivery man! . Personally I rarely eat takeaway food but the kids love it for a treat on the weekend but will definitely not order here again. Carlisle is full of them and there all rotten to the core with there cheap ingredients.

Ordered meal deal 5 received completely the wrong thing rang up to ask I was told 45 mins for 1 portion of chips and a garlic sauce delivered said no I would like a refund on the full thing I was then told 60 minutes. Couldn’t wait to have my wrap!, but oh no that was wrong also!!! SHOCK!! Never known anything like it absolutely useless cake holes will never be ordering again!!!!! Also when I rang up to complain I said I would never order again the person on the phone said ‘good’ very professional. Always ordered from here shame that some idiots have took over.

Wait 1 hour for delivery, it comes cold. You ring them to explain and their opinion is it’s a busy night!!! You can wait another 40 minutes and they will replace it lol, waiting for a refund after zero customer service from regular customers and the ‘boss’ hangs up on you!!! Avoid!!!

2 hour wait for delivery, and still the order was short. Didn't bother to ask for the missing food. Otherwise it would be another 2 hour plus wait. But the food is fine.
