Great place.when you place an order it doesn't take tht long for it to be ready

The service was efficient, my WhatsApp order was received by a trainee of which an experienced staff member enthusiastically took her through that kind of order. There were just smiles all-round. The food was good; nothing below KFC standard. The restaurant was clean, not overcrowded and well ventilated. If the structuring of tables for 1 or 2 could be added to the set-up that'd be great.

My experience at KFC Carletornville was okay, I normally use the self service stoll and collect my order that saves me a lot of time or rather the drive through that's what I normally do and it helps a lot in terms of saving time if you are in a rush

The Service received was excellent.The cashier was friendly, efficient, and helpful .However the food was not nice at all One could not even taste the KFC spice on the chicken and wings..it was blend. The burger was dry and tasteless. The chips stiff and no taste.The only thing I enjoyed was the stoney in the cup.

It was very busy but I give them 100% of service they've tried their best Hloni was helping me a lot coz i didn't know what to combine the food
