Fishaways - Carletonville

This place is disappointing. The cashier was very unfriendly. coleslaw was horrible, chips tasted like they have been sitting there waiting for me This place used to be better than this. I only ate the fish.

I always catch it fresh and they give the best service

I order minimum once a week from this store. Over the last few months can see a decline in the quality of the fish. We eat grilled and fried and there is never consistency with the food. Fish is almost rubbery in texture and now i see all family meals have one size fish only

I was very dissappointed today. i ordered 1 x small hake rice and 1 x medium calamari strips. I watched the one lady coming from the back kitchen/area with a bowl of rice. She used her bare right hand scooping the rice out of the bowl into the baine marine. Totally unacceptable!!!!! and I then told the lady at the till what I saw and that I will not eat the rice but will give it to my dogs. In order not create a scene and humiliate anyone and myself I left. The calamari was COLD and not fully cooked. Cost me a lot of money and feeding my dogs instead of myself.
