McDonald's - Carindale

Visited with 4 kids for a quick meal. Ordered family box and couple of adult burgers. Roll was OK, but the burgers was horrible, this was a gourmet range one, but it looked like pile of **** from the outside an d from the inside, compared it to the menu picture and saw some ingredients missing too. I don't normally ask for food to be remade as you never know what goes into your "remade" food after you throw in an argument. Kids meals were OK, but the drinks were overfilled so as soon as kids picked up their drinks from the tray the lids popped and the drinks spilled onto the kids and onto the floor.. Kids got all upset because they spilled the milkshakes over their clothes and made big mess on the floor, but the Maccas kid who was working the floor was very polite and friendly and supportive of kids though, gotta give this fella thumbs up for that, and only because of him I rate it 2 stars instead of 1.

It feels almost wrong writing a review for MD'sToday I got desperate.

It's a very clean place to eat lights meals and it's open 247 7 days a week and very fast services and very friendly staff

The staff at the restaurant provided excellent customer service this morning. Despite facing technical issues that caused some orders to be missed, they took the time to follow up and ensure everyone received their correct order. They were very polite and apologetic for the extended wait. I was thoroughly impressed and hope the staff can give themselves a pat on the back for their efforts.

I recently stopped by for an early breakfast at this restaurant as we work overnight shifts. The staff member working was incredibly sweet and was managing everything on her own. She was wearing the striped McCafe uniform and even called us "love". Having worked in fast food myself, I understand the pressure of working short-staffed during busy times, but she handled it with grace and was delightful.
