I have eaten so many curries in brisbane that quite a lot of taste equal, although they were supposed to be different types. not here. we had the beef rendang, lamb malai and kadai paneer, and the sauces were all distinctly different and delicious. servier sizes require either a mammoth hungry or a takeaway container, so it is a great value for money. the cheese and garlic naan bread should die, and somehow I have squeezed myself down in a mango meni. we'll go back there.
I know I won't get a response because mamak tandoori house is so popular and busy. ... we have ordered from them in the last four years and their eating is absolutely brilliant. as long as you're happy to get and make you. that they have the right name. do not ask when they are closed as they do not seem to have a response service, so they can always ring with the phone and not try to answer a la when they have closed (for renovations have not seen) about the new year and not disturb people to say the phones that they were closed. so we arranged and arranged and. normal ordering system is: telephone and finally the phone is picked up; order immediately taken and said it will be about 45 minutes. 45 minutes later they come to find that there is a snake of about a dozen people hanging outside the restaurant. covid? what is covid? fight them through the waiting queue, they find that their order is not finished yet. 15 minutes later it is ready; but you had to go through a desperate conversation that always goes like: name? mcleod what? French taken through all. mcleod. What did you order? I am now an expert and usually take those to find my name. give it to her and I'll splash with my beautiful meal. last time we ordered about two months ago, because I can't handle this constant stress to get a (admissible) brilliant Indian. they also do not deliver even though their web site says they do. they don't and i 've lost a lot of time to follow their jurors online. all people in mamak tandoori house seem really very pleasant, ie I asked why they don't deliver and the chap just smiled and said we just don't. we have distorted in a few times and brought friends to their restaurant because we love to eat them. the ambiente in the restaurant is in order, but with all the people standing next to us, and the enslavement waiting for her to eat makes it an unpleasant experience. because of your indolence mamak tandoori house I decided to make my own curries. they are not as good as you; they are half the price, but are always ready for time: what is more than I can say about them. I'm not the only one who feels the same, so please, either a larger restaurant with more quality cook 's or accept that they 've lost my $40 one night.
That eating is sensational. must try goats curry, huhn korma and nan. genuine gastfreundschaft makes them feel, they are in their own home and they just want to feed them.
We made a impulsive decision and a last minute booking on Friday evening to dinner and we were so satisfied that we did it! we finally tried the crab cure in the mamak tandoori house and it was great that the aromen were sensational! it was incredible. botschaft to eat but fun! also the fried oma was delicious!
Literally, the best Indian restaurant in town, or specifically, the best Malaysian Indian restaurant in town. Historically, in Brisbane, it has been rather challenging to find authentic Indian food. I think I can think of only two other places that come close. I believe I've...tried almost everything on the menu and nothing will disappoint you. The Murtabak is a must try. The goat curry is simply sensational. Their spicy crab curry is simply delicious. I usually include photos with my reviews but I think I have too many photos of all their dishes. Attached is a picture of their dosa and Murtabak, one of my all time Sunday brekky faves. The family who own the restaurant are very hospitable and friendly. You can tell that this is their passion and it is evident in their dishes.
