Subway Sandwiches Salads - Caribou

Love our location. The guys are on their game. Food is made well and the place is clean.

This sub shop was good, service was good, food good too, but I was not happy about having to leave a tip on the card register. It's fast food, nothing worth tipping over.

Placed a mobile order. When we got there we decided to eat in. Both of our subs were made completely wrong. When I told them, one of the employees gave me an attitude. So I told the manager that was there. I noticed he took her in the back and spoke with her, then he came out and made our subs the way they were supposed to be made in the first place. I also told the employees about the soda machine being out of ice and the same girl with the attitude looked at me and rolled her eyes. If the girl with the attitude is reading this... PLEASE.. if you don't like your job.. get a different one, don't take it out on the customers!Wheelchair accessibility: One good thing about this place is they have a wheelchair ramp for disabled basically from your car all the way to the door.

The lady putting my sandwich together was extremely rude and very unprofessional. Also not to mention I am very sick after eating there. They gave me bad cucumbers and rotten ones at that. The sandwich tasted absolutely horrible. Never eating there again.

The New store manager is awesome, great service and clean store.
