Mcdonald's - Caribou

This is a fantastic place to eat! The staff are incredibly nice and friendly, always ready to provide excellent service.

A typical McDonald's experience. Since my town only has a Tim Hortons, I always look forward to visiting the Golden Arches. However, I'm disappointed that they still serve mainly fried foods. There used to be healthier options on the menu! I wish they would bring those back!

This is a great and dependable spot for a consistent meal. However, the customer service can be inconsistent. The new drive-thru seems to be causing some issues; I found myself waiting at the speaker while the other lane was being attended to. I ended up leaving after five cars passed me, opting to order directly at the window instead.

How is it possible for a restaurant to consistently mess up the same order every morning? My husband’s breakfast is wrong almost every day, and the staff becomes rude when he points it out.

Yesterday in line for 40 minutes and today we decided to go inside. Huge mistake....half an hour wait time and Noone seems to be focused of getting orders out in a timely fashion. It's not even busy! Horrible customer service. Hire new
