This place is a Caribou gem!! Great baked goods. Great sandwiches. Very fast service and very nice owners. I have tried a few sandwiches and my favorite is the chicken salad.

If you're searching for an authentic Italian deli, look no further! This place offers the best Italian sub in the entire state of Maine. The meats and bread are incredibly fresh. They also have some delicious chocolate desserts! I really wish they were open later because I would eat here every day. I can't wait to return! The owners are very friendly too.
