Waterfront Restaurant & Bar - Cardwell

Had a very good meal here - menu was excellent as was wine list. Service was exceptional, including organising a ride back to my motel afterwards. Very good live music in the bar and great view over the water. Nice atmosphere in bar and dining area - fully recommend this place.

I stopped by this restaurant on Saturday, July 22, 2017, just to take a look while driving around. I was immediately drawn to the gazebo overlooking the water and decided to have dinner there. Ray, who showed us around, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We booked a dinner reservation in the gazebo and it turned out to be an amazing experience. The setting was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. The chef there is outstanding - the food was absolutely incredible. This restaurant is now my favorite of all time. I will definitely be returning to Cardwell soon. Keep up the great work, Ray!

Wow! Love this place. Great meal, great atmosphere, great service, low price = Great Value! I recommend the Barra entree with berries and cream for dessert!

The food was prompt, creative and sensational. The atmosphere and service was first class as well.. Prices were extremely reasonable for the quality of product and service delivered.

Stopped for a drink and a snack for the kids. After hubby waited 20 minutes at the bar to get served we decided to keep driving. There was a large group there for lunch who had booked prior and only one staff member in the bar. Very disappointing. So we are back in the car and will stop off and spend our money elsewhere.
