The food was tasty and the atmosphere was elegant. The service was a little slow, despite it not being very busy. If you're looking to spend a little more for a fancier dining experience, this is a good place. Generous portion of chicken parm with a fantastic gravy, although my wife's risotto was on the smaller side but tasty. They used to offer several dishes gluten free, but apparently current staffing limits that offering right now. We'll be back!

Food is great. Staff is amazing. My wife had the Dover sole, they deboned at the table when they were packed. Thank you and see you soon!

Allegria is located in the heart of Carbondale Colorado. My husband and I were surprised to discover fine dining in a mountain town, and Allegria did not disappoint. Sitting at our outdoor table, we had a wonderful view of the town, as well as the constant stream of locals arriving for dinner on a Monday night. The restaurant was super busy, but none the less, provided excellent service. The menu offered a wide variety of mouthwatering selections. I had the seafood paccheri, a spicy pasta dish, and my husband the chicken piccata. Both dishes exceeded our expectations. They were exquisite. All the products were fresh and the dishes had the warmth of homemade food. We had trouble deciding which dessert to order, but our tiramisu choice was the perfect way to end our meal. We highly recommend Allegria and will definitely return the next time we are in the area.
