Rôtisseries Benny Boucherville

The restaurant features outstanding infrastructure with a well-designed and beautifully decorated interior. The prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous— I even received two chicken legs instead of one by mistake! The food is delicious, but I did notice that the mayonnaise was expired, and they charge for additional packs beyond two per person. Overall, a great dining experience!

First of all, I was informed that I was not at Benny's but at Benny Co., and as a result, my coupons were refused. When I asked for extra sauces, I was told that if they added a sauce, they would remove the salad. I commented that maybe I should have gone to the one on Ormière after all. The staff member assured me that she wouldn't let me down that evening and would accommodate me with the price of the duo and the sauce. She said she would give me the duos for $17.99 and add one sauce per meal. However, when I got home, I noticed that she didn’t honor her promise and charged me $19.99 for the duos instead. The sauce was included, but it wasn't the same as what you get at Benny Co., which was also disappointing. So, in summary, we will remain loyal to the Benny on Ormière.

This was the worst experience I've had at a restaurant. They forgot my dessert and claimed it wasn't their fault, refusing to offer any compensation.
