Our recent experience at the Colombian restaurant was a delectable immersion in the richness and diversity of this cuisine. Opting for vegetarian options, we were pleasantly surprised by the creativity and authentic flavor of our dishes.The vegetarian choice offered a palette of colors and textures, showcasing fresh, well-prepared ingredients. The main course, made with plantains and vegetables, was a delicate fusion of tastes, creating a memorable taste experience. With the avocado coriander sauce which is not to be missed! The diversity of spices and seasonings used added a unique depth to each bite.The warm and attentive service also contributed to making our stay pleasant. The staff seemed passionate about Colombian cuisine and were willing to share recommendations and explanations of the dishes. We also tried their traditional bread stuffed with cheese and it was excellent!Excitedly anticipating the end of Lent to explore other menu options, we can't wait to try the traditional Colombian dishes, such as Ajiaco or Bandeja Paisa, that were recommended to us. This vegetarian experience was a delicious introduction, expanding our culinary horizons and sparking excitement for the authentic Colombian flavors to come. The restaurant has managed to create a warm ambiance and capture the very essence of Colombian cuisine, making it a destination not to be missed.

A pure delight on every visit. It's very small, charming and modest, and the people there are always welcoming. For a traditionally Colombian treat, this is the place in Quebec, hands down. Go take a look, you won't regret it!
