Extremely disappointing. It was the first time in ten years we've encountered stale tortilla chips. The restroom was filthy. I wouldn't recommend dining here.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. There was nothing positive about it, and when I sought assistance, I was directed to the app where I could only interact with automated responses from Pepper. It felt frustrating and unhelpful.

I really appreciate the variety of healthy options available when crafting a burrito or bowl. The customer service was excellent as well!
