Wawa - Cape Coral

Dear Wawa, it appears that this location is poorly managed. I experienced extremely long and slow lines due to insufficient staff. It's the first time I've encountered a gas station where the pumps lacked windshield washing fluid and towels. Wawa generally has a great reputation, but I would recommend avoiding this particular location.

I grew up in this area and have visited this restaurant frequently over the years. Unfortunately, I’ve consistently found it to be very dirty, which is quite disappointing. The outside is often littered with bird droppings and cigarette butts, and food is frequently left on the tables. Additionally, they seldom have coffee available, which is simply unacceptable. It’s time for a change in management or perhaps a new location altogether.

I really enjoy the coffee at Wawa, which makes it a great spot to refuel. Plus, if you’re feeling hungry, they have food available as well.

I just drove past a ton of tanks to get to Wawa. Always clean and bright and feels like the safest place late at night. Went in for some essentials and Sam was a life savior! She went beyond and beyond to help me what I needed and saved my night. Thank you!

The General manager was a complete jerk. During a Crisis he runs and hides in the store. We are devastated by Ian and you have power and refusing people service with gas and in store items. Disgusting. You are not for America. Wawa has lost a customer. And I know I won?t be the only one.
