Tried the new chalupa bacon chicken not worth the price saw?t like the advertisement skimpy on the most important ingredients, the packaging was nothing like the picture and was more of a fried biscuit taste and texture with slightly bitter aftertaste. I went to the drive thru and ordered two drinks and some other food so I come up to pay and I pay and somehow get charged for 3 drinks instead so I'm like okay I'll just keep it. It's just a drink. The guy hands me it in a drink holder and the drink holder breaks cause it's not strong enough (and all of the drinks were large too) one of them falls and it all spills all over my lap, carpet, and shoes and the other spills on my door. I was not refunded my money which was almost 20 dollars all he gave me was free cinnamon buns like that's gonna help. So now I had to use my own money to buy cleaner for everything. Worst experience I've ever had with fast food.

Wow great job they were doing tonight friday@8pm.. Huge line....at 1st I thought oh bad idea. Nope line was jamming through. Lot of people inside working it. I was super happy, haven't had Taco Bell in years. I'm going back to this location.

Ordered new item. It looks Nothing like pictured in menu, see photos. We waiting thirty minutes in line and got cold disappointing food. We asked for extra mild sauce and they gave us ZERO SAUCES.

Massive hole in drive thru. Incredibly rude employees. Couldn't get orders wrong more if they were trying.
