This restaurant has severely gone down hill. Used to be my number one go to stop as it's only a few miles down the road. My last 3 experiences have been horrible. It's as if they don't care about the quality of sandwich making. Sandwiches are always messy, missing ingredients and it's just bad service all around. Not greeted when you walk in the door. I told myself I'll give them one last shot thinking maybe they corrected their ways. I was wrong and seriously disappointed. My last order I had to drive all the way back and argue with the employees because my sandwiches were made with different meat and not following the order.This time, I asked for no pepper or salt on the roast beef and got pepper and salt. I also asked for tomato. And didn't get tomato. I'm sorry but it's not difficult to make a sandwich or read for that matter. It's sad that the employees don't care about the quality of the food they are sending out.

I don't know what happened but this place has gone downhill FAST. We have been going here for a year and a half and I won't be going back after the experience I had recently. The dude just stared at me while I tried to order and talk to him. They got super confused ringing up our order, over charged us. The meats and cheeses are all hidden now which is weird and I had to ASK the dude to change his gloves. He was just going back and forth between register and food with the same gloves. The people that worked here used to be clean and friendly. Highly disappointed.

Disgusting, to say the least. One of the guys handling our food touched EVERYTHING around him including the ordering system and immediately proceeded to handle more food afterwards with the same gloves. He was constantly wiping sweat on his arms while making sandwiches. The other guy preparing food was clearly suffering from the flu and should've been at home.Never coming here again, this place is a health risk.
